Minimap: shows you interior and enemies. Bigger version can be opened by default by TAB.
Abitilies: allow you to use additional attacks or bonuses by consuming mana or stamina.
Possesion window: decide whether consume fallen enemy or not.
Turn order: shows when it's your's and hostiles turn.
Status: effects currently applied to the form. They consist of skills and effects like poisoned or buffed.
Health, stamina and mana bar: shows you amout of each of them.
Attributes, forms, experience: opens menu.
Level and current form: the picture of the creature shows current form, gauges upper and lower of it show experience of general experience and current form experience. Once maxed out lower gauge changes into a star.
